Take thethe JR Yamanote Line and get off at the Shimbashi Station. (12 minutes on foot)

From Haneda Airport:

Via Local Train(Keikyu and JR)
Take the Keikyu Airport line and get off at the Shinagawa Station. Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and get off at the Shimbashi Station. (12 minutes on foot)
Via Tokyo Monorail
Take the Tokyo Monorail and get off at the Hamamatsucho Station. (15 minutes on foot)

From Narita International Airport

Via Narita Express(JR)
Take the JR Narita Express and get off at the Tokyo Station. Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and get off at the Shimbashi Station. (12 minutes on foot)
Via Keisei Skyliner(Keisei)
Take the Keisei Skyliner and get off at the Nippori Station. Transfer to the Yamanote Line and get off at the Shimbashi Station. (12 minutes on foot)

Access

Jindai Botanical Gardens – enjoy traditional Japanese gardening and plant breeds around the year

Access from the closest station to Jindai Botanical Gardens

Take the Keio Line to Chofu, and then take an Odakyu bus bound for either Kichijoji or Mitaka, and get off at Jindai-shokubutsu-koen-mae.
Take the Keio Line to Chofu, and then take a Keio bus bound for Jindaiji Temple, and get off at Jindai-shokubutsu-koen-mae.
Take the JR Line to Mitaka, and then take an Odakyu bus bound for either Chofu or Jindaiji Temple, and get off at Jindai-shokubutsu-koen-mae.
